Dr. Aruna Sharma is an accomplished Practitioner Development Economist, renowned for her distinguished career in public service and her significant contributions to policy development and economic growth in India. She has served as Secretary in the ministries of Steel and MeitY within the Government of India. She spearheaded the rollout of Direct Benefit Transfer system and played a pivotal role in establishing a common household database, leading to a revolutionary shift in the implementation of social welfare schemes. Dr. Sharma served as a member of the high-level committee of the Reserve Bank of India for advancement of digital payments. Dr Ganesh Chandra Pandey has been member of Indian Telecom service 1983. He has served in DOT, BSNL and TCIL in Top Positions in India and abroad (Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Ghana, Kuwait and Middle East. He did Bachelor & Masters from MANIT Bhopal and PhD from CVRU. Has many innovative initiatives in Telecom and Management fields.

Mita Wadhwa, has served Telecom Industry for 22+ years, starting her career from paging to mobile and then to Process Excellence in Global role for companies like Alcatel and Nokia. She has worked for Projects from Europe, UAE and Asian counties and have intensely travelled for implementations.
Always inclined towards serving the society, she took sabbaticals in 2017 to understand how she can work towards her dreams. She then decided to go back to her place the city of lakes and the heart of India, apna Bhopal and started working in the urban slums and the rural areas.
As an environmentalist she started working with Nagar Nigam on Swatch Bhopal and was nominated as ‘Swatch Ambassador’ for 3 years to work towards central goals. She was instrumental is creating the concept of ‘Samadhan Kendra’ which was appreciated by the team in Delhi.
Currently she is working for Women health, hygiene and education in Bhopal and has intensively conducted awareness sessions in more than 345 locations in last 3 years. Her solutions are more sustainable due to which she focuses on lesser places and more effective work.
